Quality Manual Objectives

The purpose and scope of our quality management system

Purpose of the Quality Manual: Present the organization's Quality Management system to all personnel, giving the guidance essential for the effective application of Quality Control.

Reference for Policies & Procedures: Serve as a basic reference to policies, processes, and procedures, together with work instructions outlining the activities and responsibilities.

Process Control & Resource Management: Determine the criteria and methods to ensure that both the operation and control of the processes are effective.

Quality Policy & Continuous Improvement: Monitor, measure and analyze the processes, ensuring that actions are implemented to achieve planned results and to continually improve their effectiveness.

Organizational Goals & Standards Compliance: Ensure that changes within our documented management system meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015.

The Managing Director shall review this policy annually or following significant changes. 4SSG Ltd will make this Policy available to all stakeholders, shareholders, staff and the general public on request.
